Who we are

Kyly Tuition is a Singapore tuition service for Primary 4 to Primary 6 families preparing for the PSLE, and for Secondary 1 and Secondary 2 families practising Maths. The Maths problem sums are written at each level (P4, P5, P6, Sec 1 and Sec 2); the multiple-choice drills are PSLE-level, and we say so wherever a level is chosen. Our UEN is 201942481M. The short version

What we collect, and why

• Your name, phone number and email address — to create your account, send you your child's practice reports, and reply if you contact us.
• Your child's name, class level (P4, P5, P6, Sec 1 or Sec 2) and school — saved with your account so your child's reports make sense to you, and so we know which level to build next. The Maths problem sums change with your child's level (P4, P5, P6, Sec 1 and Sec 2); the multiple-choice drills are PSLE-level for every child. School is optional; if you'd rather not give it, leave it blank.
• Your child's answers and results — this is the point of the service. We look at which topics and which kinds of mistake come up, so we can show you where the real gaps are.
• Payment information — handled by Airwallex. Your card details go directly to them and are never stored on our site.
• Basic technical data — the pages visited and general device information, used only to keep the site working and to see whether it is being used.
• Your email address, if you ask for the free tips — some pages offer a short weekly PSLE tip by email. Giving your address is optional and separate from any account. If you give it, we keep it to send those tips and nothing else. Every tip email has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you from the list.

If you report a problem through the site, we ask for a name, an email address and your child's level, so we can reply and so we can credit you if it leads to a free session.

Children's data

Accounts are created by a parent or guardian, and we treat that person as the consenting adult for the child's data. We collect a child's name, class level and — optionally — their school. We do not ask for a child's email address, phone number, photograph, IC or date of birth, and we do not market to children. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete a child's data at any time and we will do so.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of services to run the site. They handle data on our behalf and only for the purposes below:

• Vercel — hosts the site.
• Airwallex — processes payments.
• Google Workspace — handles our email.
• Cloudflare — security and anonymous visitor statistics.
• Supabase — the database that stores practice data, bug reports and the optional free-tip email list.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We would only disclose it if the law required us to.

How long we keep it

Account and practice data stays while your account is active, so your child's history and reports keep working. If you ask us to delete it, we remove it. We may keep minimal records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you or your child, and how it has been used;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• stop using it, or delete it.

Cookies and analytics

We use minimal cookies and anonymous analytics to understand how the site is used — for example, how many people start the free diagnostic and how many finish it. This tells us what to improve. It is not used to build an advertising profile of you or your child, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. If the change is significant, we will tell account holders by email.
